Sneak Peek - Babymoon

We are headed to Big Bear to have one last hurrah as a married couple without kids. I am really looking forward to being in creation. I hear the stars are bright and you can even see the milky way. Us L.A. folks are not used to how cold it gets in the mountains. But it will be a nice change. We are staying in a little motel in which all the rooms are themed. We are in the "Squirrel Room!" Honestly this place reminds me of a cross between "The Great Outdoors" and the hotel room from "Trains, Planes, and Automobiles." I can't wait for our adventure to begin. Just 8 short weeks until baby!

This is my first entry into the family blog. So recently now everyone asks us "Do you have a name for the baby yet"? Well...it is getting old. Here are some responses I am going to try out now.

Do you have a name for the baby yet?

1) No, we don't believe in names. We don't want to put our child in a box.

2) What baby?

3) No, we heard that you can't take a baby from the hospital until you have a name. We're hoping to live at the hospital for the first year. Hey, free rent right?

4) We have a Chip In page where you can donate money. We're holding the name ransom until we $100,000.

5) Yes, but you might steal it...you've seen Seinfield right? (7).

O.K. so here's the real answer....no we don't have a name yet and no we're not telling anyone when we do until the baby comes....unless you give us the 100K.
